IMPORTANT: Cedijob does not process payment. Payments are processed by another company via API's on this platform. We can therefore guaratee you that your payment details are secure.
Delay
Sometimes, you will successfully make a payment but feedback as to whether the transaction has been successfully completed or not may not come on time. When such happens, kindly wait for some extra time. This may occur due to slow processing times by Fintech companies or bad network reception. However, we shall send you an email once the transaction is done. Kindly look forward to receiving an email whenever you successfully makes payment.
No response after waiting for payment confirmation
If you encounter a situation where payment confirmation never comes, please follow the steps below to help us resolve the issue.

Click on the transaction you to send report on. At this point, you can copy the code with the grey background and send us a report on it using the following email: support@cedijob.com or you can make a direct report using the instructions at step 3 below
