Applying to Projects

How to Find and Apply to Projects

IMPORTANT: Once the expiration date is due or the client awards the job to a professional, a job application cannot be edited or removed.
Step 1
Step 2
Explore the list of available projects.
Step 3
View the details of the project you are interested in. Jobs can be saved for later viewing.
Step 4
Click on the apply button to submit your application for the project.
Step 5
Compose a cover letter in which you state your desired compensation amount and outline your preferred payment method, whether it be through a full escrow payment, a milestone-based payment structure, or a flexible payment arrangement.
Flexible payment
You'll send invoices to the client for payment after completing a task on the project. Once the client has made the payment, the funds will be transferred to you within a few days. This process operates on a basis of trust between you and the client and is entirely at your discretion because you will have to do some of the work before you request for payment when you feel like doing so.
Full payment (Escrow) - Default
The client will place the total project fee you've specified into an escrow account. The funds will be disbursed once the client has completed a successful review and approval of the whole project following its completion.
Milestones (Task-based escrow payment)
You create and price individual project tasks. The client pays for each task upfront into an escrow account. Upon the client's approval of each task, you receive the payment, allowing you to be compensated before completing the entire project.
Step 6
Submit your application. To manage all the jobs you have applied to, visit the following link: cedijob.com/dashboard/jobs/
Step 7
Submit your application.
Step 8
Wait for a contract from the job poster/client. If you do not receive any contract, it means you were not selected to work on the job.
Step 9
If you receive a contract, reply to it and send it back to the client.
Step 10
Once your contract is accepted, the client will indicate whether you need to start working immediately or not.
