IMPORTANT: Cedijob does not process payments directly. Payments are processed by a separate company via APIs integrated into this platform. Rest assured that your payment details are secure.
Occasionally, you may successfully make a payment, but the confirmation of the transaction might be delayed. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience. Delays can occur due to slow processing times by fintech companies or poor network reception. We will send you an email once the transaction is completed, so please keep an eye on your inbox for payment confirmation.
No Response after Waiting for Payment Confirmation
If you do not receive payment confirmation, please follow the steps below to help us resolve the issue:
Click on the transaction you wish to report. You can copy the code with the grey background and send us a report by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can make a direct report using the instructions provided in Step 3 below.
