Purchasing a Service

Buying Freelance Services from the Services Catalog

EXAMPLE: Instead of posting a project to hire a web developer, a web developer can list their services as products that match the website project you need. The services are offered in packages with different fixed amounts. This feature eliminates the hassle of reviewing multiple applications and provides reviews for added confidence and visibility.

View the list of services listed as products that are available for sale.
Step 4
Check reviews, profiles, and portfolios of the sellers and choose your preferred service.

Select the package (Basic, Standard, Advanced) you want and preview the item details.

Make payment using payment cards or Mobile Money.
Step 7
Submit the requirements for the purchased service. These requirements are what the seller needs from you to start the project. For example, a professional may require a link to a website you want your upcoming website to resemble, or the color of the logo you want them to design.
IMPORTANT: The seller will need the requirements before starting the project.

Wait for the seller to start working on the purchased service.

Track the progress using the dashboard.

Review the completed job and rate your experience.
