Receiving payment after a client makes payment
Taking payment is very straightforward. All you need to do is to add your payout account details which can be a bank account (not in use at the moment) or a mobile money account. Read this article to learn how.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the type of job, the timeline for receiving payment will differ. For instance if a client bought your service item, you can only receive payment once the project is completed. However, if the client hired you via a contract under a job, the payment will be transferred to you 7 days after the payment for an invoice is made.
Click on the Add button
Follow the instrcutions to complete the form
Hit the SAVE ACCOUNT button to save the payout account details
Withdrawing funds - Workers:
Check the Available for withdrawal section and use the withdraw button to initiate withdrawal.
Withdrawing funds - Clients:
Check the Available for withdrawal section and use the withdraw button to initiate withdrawal of refunds.
